Description:
L&S TeleServices, America's Most Responsive Call Center, is seeking qualified agents for outbound data collection and business to business selling. These positions are project oriented and vary in duration. Perfect for an individual who wants to earn some extra cash without a long term commitment.
Primary Duties:
· Provide outbound phone customer service, market research, telesales, order processing, appointment setting and other services as required by client programs.
· Be knowledgeable in all aspects of customer service for client programs as assigned.
· Perform outbound calling using proper market research and/or sales techniques.
· Achieve outbound performance measurements for dial attempts, contacts, completes and sales (when measured).
· Participate in, encourage, and maintain team cohesion.
· Properly record customer information into the supporting systems.
· Advise supervisors of any exceptions or service issues related to customers.
